Recently I've begun experimenting with getting even more inspired by my own feelings (thinking about the hubby, my family, etc.) before I head out to shoot, and I think I'm getting the hang of it. I really love how connected Becca and Nathan are to each other, so it was a great time to try out my experiment.
I can't even believe how quickly this session flew by for me. Yeah, it's cheesy, but I am continually amazed by that moment when people let their guards down in front of my lens. I'm addicted to it, and they just kept giving me these great moments all session long. I don't know if it had anything to do with my experiment, or just having a couple that completely rocks (and they do-I first met Nathan and Becca at a wedding I photographed almost 2 years ago, where Nathan was the guitar player during the ceremony. And he was/is amazing!)...but either way I felt really inspired by the entire session and day. You two are gorgeous AND nice! SO excited about November. :) If yesterday was any indication...yay, us!

Michelle, thank you so much for these AMAZING pictures and a really fun shoot. It means so much that you were able to really capture our feelings for each other.
